Questions about paying
What does activation include?
Activation is a one time charge, made with your first subscription payment, that opens your account for live publishing: you choose a website to publish, enable enquiries and complete booking setup before accepting appointments. Your domain can then be connected. It does not buy design work. Your website is written and built before you pay, and you review it first. It is charged once per business.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Account plan, before the next renewal. Your live websites go offline when the paid period ends. Cancellation does not delete your saved website data. Export available records from Account and keep original photos separately. Domain renewals are managed separately. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy notice.
Are payments refundable?
Started subscription periods and supplied activation are not refundable for a change of mind or nonuse. Completed domain registrations and renewals are final, including mistakes and transfers. Refund requests are reviewed manually. The Terms of use explain exceptions for billing errors, services we cannot deliver, service ended early by Mainmark and legal rights, plus provider costs for an agreed cancellation before domain renewal completes.
Are there other fees?
Domains are sold separately, per year. Mainmark charges nothing per enquiry, appointment or team member.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you own to your live website using the instructions in Settings, or buy one from the dashboard. You can also keep your mainmark.io address.
